   Please understand — the photo is necessary to confirm that your product is a genuine Zojirushi item.
   Unfortunately, many other brands don’t offer spare parts, and people sometimes try to replace them using similar-looking parts. To avoid mistakes, we need to be sure we’re helping with the right product.
